The Brown Club of the United Kingdom is now taking nominations from Brunonians interested in joining the Board.
Each of the positions has a different focus. Board members are involved in making decisions and planning events together; Board members commit to attend our board meetings (3 virtual, 2 in-person) and co-plan at least one event a year.

Wednesday, June 10, 6 to 7 pm: Meet the BCUK officers at the open board meeting to be held in the ground floor bar of the Royal Garden Hotel, Kensington. (Nearest tube is High Street Kensington.) Please RSVP to admin@brownuk.org so we will know to be on the lookout for you!

Position Description:
1.Co-President: The Club Presidents manage the club and share upcoming events with the club by email. Candidates for co-President should have taken part in at least one BCUK Board Meeting OR hosted an event for the club from May 2024 - May 2026.
2. Secretary: The secretary prepares the board meeting agenda, takes notes during board meetings and (with help from a recording and speech-to-text software) circulates meeting notes to the board.
3.Young Alumni Liaison: The Young Alumni liaison (a board member from one of the last 10 graduating classes) represents our most recent graduates and their interests.
4.General Officer: Want to commit to joining the Board, but not yet sure what shape you’d like that to take? This is the position for you!

Election results will be announced latest by July 1.
